Who: Four attendees per member company, PLUS THREE FROM RAYMOND CORP.
Why: Experience our networks new problem solving/exploration process
The host will provide the network, in A3 format, the problem to be analyzed at the meeting, including some background, overview of root cause analysis and observed issues caused by the problem. The “target condition” will also be identified.
