Summary LTN’s Continuous Improvement Owners Summit 1/19/17 Four Season Produce

Here is my summary of the teams amazing thinking:

We will have four full day LTN hosted meeting per year.

  • June 6, 2017 LTN will again visit the amazing Raymond Corporation in Greene NY
  • August 17, 2017 – Flinchbaugh Engineering
  • November 16, 2017 – Inclinator
  • Our 2018 schedule
  • Q1 – Snap Cab
  • Q2 – Rose Corp
  • Q3- Misco Products
  • Q4- Four Seasons Produce

Requirements to be met two weeks prior to each LTN hosted meeting:

The host will provide the network, in A3 format, the problem to be analyzed at the meeting, including some background, overview of root cause analysis and observed issues caused by the problem.  The “target condition” will also be identified.

As a courtesy to our hosts, REGISTRATION FOR ALL MEETINGS MUST BE MADE, NO LATER THAN, TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE

Lunch will be served at a cost of $8 to $12 to each attendee

8:30 – 8:50 – Introductions

8:50 – 9:20 – Action Item – follow-up on action item(s) from previous meeting

9:20 – 11:20 – Focused tour and review

11:20 – 11:30 – BREAK

11:30 – Noon – Initial A3 discussion

Noon – 3:00 – Working lunch A3 countermeasures

LTN’s individual member “Project Improvement Status Database”

Keith Weinschenk of Tobyhanna Army Depot will develop the format in Excel and pass it on (by 1/31/17) to Jon Conner at FEI to be made available to our group via Google Docs.
