Enthusiasm is abound with the FEI’s Lean Leadership Team (Steve, Tom, John and Justin) and it appears to be contagious as volunteers, such as Jared in building 3, are popping up and accelerating the continuous improvement process.
The days theme was revitalization which needs enthusiasm, energy, inclusion, consistency, trust every minute or every day. Some of us were a bit concerned that too much enthusiasm can lead to loss of focus, expansion of scope and burn out.
Thanks to our hosts Great job by our hosts. Especially Steve, Tom, John and Justin for a very informative and interesting day.
