Summary LTN meeting at Raymond Corp 7/11/17

Persistence, persistence, persistence, as explained by Total Process Reliability Supervisor Amber Pratt-Lum and echoed up the chain of command by Geogre Westcott, Fabrication Manager, Tony Topencik, Director of Manufacturing Operations and Rick Harrington Vice President……..with a clear focus on operational improvement objectives and training and including people at all levels within the organization. That is how true excellence is achieved by every body, everyday.

Total Process Reliability, in Raymond Corp’s mind, is a process that focuses on

  • Improving equipment effectiveness and reliability
  • Sharing equipment maintenance responsibilities
  • Improving related skills and knowledge
  • Improving how equipment is designed, manufactured and installed

Total Process Reliability (TPR) is

  • Not a program or event
    • It is a process
  • Not just for maintenance
    • It is also an operational improvement process
  • Not a quick fix
    • It takes 3-5 years to achieve world class TPR
