LTN meeting at the Raymond Corp., in Greene NY

Last summer we visited Raymond Corporation and were blown away with their systems, processes, inclusion, flow, organization, visuals….you name it.  We decided that day that we would come back again to see this Toyota owned company.  The focus of the day will be Total Productive Maintenance and Overall Equipment Effectiveness.  I know it is vacation season and a long drive (north of Binghamton NY, but I believe this will be worth your time and effort.

When:  Tuesday July 11, 2017 9:30am to 3pm (lunch will be provided….please let me know of food allergies and restrictions so I can pass that info on to Raymond Corp.  Raymond is gracious enough to provide our lunch at no charge.

What:  See the Kaizen Genchi, focusing on machine availability, review process first-hand! Tony Topencik, Director of Manufacturing Operations at The Raymond Corporation will take you through the Kaizen Genchi Review Process that he conducts every month with staff managers.  The Genchi activity is a detailed monthly review of the best Kaizen submissions from Raymond employees.  You will also see each Kaizen implemented at different stops on the tour and see the actual results!

Who:  Four per member company. Safety:  No opened toed shoes, safety glasses required and available
